Sending a message is quick and easy. Messages can be sent to a specific group such as faculty, parents, or board members or an individual. All you need is a computer and an Internet connection.
♦ Recipients Sign up on Your School's Web Site
Recipients sign up to receive notifications by clicking on a link on your school's Web site. They choose how they want to receive your message when they sign up (email, text or voice). They also chose the type of messages they want to receive (sports scores, event reminders, emergency information, etc.).
♦ Create System Users
The admin has full access and can create message managers with restricted access. Restricted access allows faculty to send to only certain groups. For example, a coach may be given access to send only to team parents to keep them informed on schedule changes.
♦ Login and create your message (text, email, and/or voice)
You can send your message immediately or schedule it for later. You can also schedule reoccurring messages.
♦ Send to an individual, group, or internal group
